Men's Retreat | September 17-18, 2021
Endurance 2021 is the 6th annual Men's Retreat at Lost Valley. We have been praying over this event and over all of you for over a year. We are expecting a powerful move of God and we know that if you come you will be glad you did.

Ernie is a 14-year veteran of the US Air Force. His experiences in the Air Force include avionics technician, Military Training Instructor and Tech lead supervisor. After their military service Ernie and his wife Carrie felt that the Lord was leading them to full time ministry, spending 17 years in pastoral ministry serving Northern Michigan. Ernie has a BA in pastoral ministry, from Southeastern University and a master’s in organizational leadership from Evangel University. Ernie and Carrie now reside in Springfield MO and have three grown children.

Activities are available for everyone!
During Saturday activity times our pistol, rifle, clay shooting, and archery ranges will be open. Targets and clays are provided. Bring your own firearms and ammo. Please remember all firearms must be unloaded and cased until at the range. Firearms may only be used during scheduled times with a range officer on duty. Please review a copy of our Firearm Rules.
Fishing & Boating
Fishing is available either from a boat or from the lake’s edge. Paddle boats and canoes are available at the lake. All fishing at Lost Valley is catch-and-release only. There are large and small mouth bass as well as bluegill. Bring your own fishing poles, lures, and other equipment.
Golfing Package (optional)
There is a golf package available for purchase at beautiful Treetops resort. You may opt to play 18 holes of golf Friday (tee-off at 9am), 9 holes of golf on Saturday (tee-off at 4:30pm), or all 27 holes. Golf pricing includes golf cart rentals. Reservations must be made in advance during registration.
Hawk Throwing Tournament
Hawk throwing is the art of accurately throwing a tomahawk (or axe) at targets from a distance. Hosted by the Michigan District Royal Rangers, a Royal Ranger leader will be available to help teach and train those interested in learning.
Bring a team or join a team to compete in the 3-on-3 basketball tournament! There will be prizes for the winning team. Tournament format will be determined based on number of participants. Sign up upon arrival.
The camp’s trails are an excellent place for a hike or a prayer walk and boating is available at the lake. Other activities include cornhole tournament, volleyball, horseshoes, and other games. After service Friday night is a great time for fellowship. Feel free to bring snacks, books, cards or other games, etc. We have also partnered with the Gaylord Bowling Center for special rates.
